central location and great service!
perfect locationamazing breakfastfriendly staffstreet noise
i found the location perfect. it was on a main street with restaurants and supermarkets. it was also a ten minute walk to the duomo on that main street. the breakfast was amazing!!! the staff were friendly.
the street noise at night was considerable. i heard the metro line all night, located directly in front of the hotel. i also heard fireworks and late night partiers, so sleep was difficult.

christian, luigi, richard and dragi were helpful . christian and luigi secured great restaurant reservations for me. richard provided excellent service at the bar. dragi assisted with breakfast and luggage.

The hotel's location is great. it is very close to duomo square. A seven minute walk. breakfast was also good. I enjoyed the variety.
it barely fit two people! also, you have to go downstairs to get to it which isn't convenient if you have big cases. It was a struggle.

The hotel staff showed genuine warmth. They quickly addressed a minor issue with the in-room safe, resolving it within minutes. Breakfast offered a wide array of choices including fresh fruit, pastries, and a made-to-order omelet station..
The hallway carpets showed slight wear, but it was a very minor issue.

the location was pretty great, a short walk to the duomo! the breakfast selection had more than just the usual italian sweets. our room was quite spacious and well decorated with comfortable mattresses.
the front desk staff seemed less than cute and didn't speak much to us. they also never mentioned there was a rooftop bar, disappointing. our room felt inferior compared to other places i stayed in.
